1. Production & Processing Times

Every Dream Labs book is custom-made to order. Once your order is confirmed:

E-Books (PDF/ePub): Delivered via email within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Softcover & Hardcover: Production takes 3–5 business days. Your book is printed on demand at one of our global print facilities to ensure the highest quality.

During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school), production may take up to 7 business days. We'll notify you of any delays via email.

2. Global Shipping

We partner with Cloudprinter's global print network, operating 381+ print facilities across 104 countries. Your book is produced at the facility nearest to your delivery address, reducing shipping times and environmental impact.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after production. Included free on orders over €50 (or equivalent in your selected currency).
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days after production. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Economy Shipping: 10–20 business days. Available for select regions at a reduced rate.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, book format, and shipping speed. A tracking number is provided once your book ships.

3. International Delivery

We ship to virtually every country worldwide. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Dream Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your book has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also check your order status anytime using the Track Your Order feature on our website.

5. Returns & Refunds — Custom Products

Because each Dream Labs book is uniquely personalized and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong personalization details entered by the customer, or buyer's remorse.

Please double-check all customization details (name, age, sport, team colors, etc.) before submitting your order, as production begins immediately upon confirmation.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your book arrives:

Damaged in transit (bent, torn, water damage)
With a printing defect (misaligned pages, ink issues, blank pages)
With incorrect content due to a system error on our end

We will either reprint and reship your book free of charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

7. E-Book Refunds

Digital products (E-Books) are non-refundable once downloaded, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your e-book, contact support and we'll resolve it promptly.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations are not possible as your custom book is already in production.

To request a cancellation, email info@dlpublishers.com immediately with your order number.

9. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will work with our shipping partner to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship your book at no additional cost.

10. Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dream Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before shipment.

11. Environmental Commitment

By printing locally in 104+ countries through our global network, we minimize shipping distances and reduce our carbon footprint. Our paper is sourced from FSC-certified suppliers wherever possible, and we use soy-based, eco-friendly inks.
