1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dream Labs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Personalized Products

2.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (names, dedications, photos) are correct before submitting your order. We cannot refund or replace books due to customer typos or low-quality photo uploads.

2.2 Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload any content that is offensive, illegal, infringing on intellectual property rights, or inappropriate for children's products. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Pricing: All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors.

3.3 Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Production Time: As our products are custom-made, please allow sufficient time for production in addition to shipping time. Estimated dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

4.2 Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our books, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. These items are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

5.2 Defects: If your book arrives damaged or with a printing error caused by us, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily provide a replacement free of charge.

6. Intellectual Property

The stories, illustrations, layouts, and code on Dream Labs are the intellectual property of Dream Labs Publishing or its licensors. Purchasing a book does not give you the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dream Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
